Q. Where do your products come from? A. We source our products from different suppliers all over the world never Asia (China) we source the majority of our products from the UK and USA and they are the same product as you would find in a retail store.
Q. Will I be covered for warranties and where can I send them? A. Absolutely Yes! all of our products come with a 1 year full warranty either by the manufacturer or us. You can send your item to us in Australia or straight to the manufacturer depending on the item you purchased.
Q. How long will it take for my goods to arrive? A. Processing time for your order is 1-3 days and then shipped once in transit you can usually receive your order in 4-7 business days depending on your location and 2-5 business days for express packages.
